Sebastian is the founder and principal consultant of Innovate Strategy, bringing over 15 years of experience in innovation and strategy consulting. With a background in organizational psychology and industrial engineering, he combines deep academic insight with hands-on expertise. His career spans roles as a university researcher and lecturer, a management consultant with PwC Digital New Zealand, and an experience designer for leading creative agencies.

Sebastian has partnered with international clients across Europe, the USA, Africa, and New Zealand, helping transform organizations across diverse industries. His focus lies in facilitating innovation, crafting effective strategies, and enabling collaborative, high-performing ways of working.
